The Tree / Money Bed

This is the E-mail from the Designer and creator of the

'Tree Bed"

in response to my inquiry:

"Thank you for your interest in my work . I appreciate hearing from you. I make this bed on a commission basis. The price of a queen size tree bed is $13,500 plus shipping and crating. It is crafted from iron with a brown patina that is then oiled and waxed.

At its tallest point it is about 7.5’ tall ."

I'll just send her my debit card number...

and it will be declined...

because that is an

astronomical amount of money.

Tree bed, you are WAY out of my reach!

I still love it though.
