Recent cuteness that I don't want to forget...
We originally were going to have Max and Marin share a bedroom, and let Alex have his own room but they just seemed to wake each other up, and it didn't work. So, long story short, I set up the 'boys' room, and everything was great! Max LOVED having Axe sleep in his room. When Alex went home, Max started to need someone to lay down with him at night, and would not go to sleep unless someone was in his room. I guess we didn't put two and two together. Emery took Max into his bedroom on a Sunday morning early before his meetings and started to ask him if he was afraid of anything... 'Max, are you scared of the bed' ... 'yes'... are you scared of the carpet... yes... so on and so forth. Emery sat down on Alex's bed to try to think about what he could be scared about and Max walked over, put his hands on Alex's bed and as he looked up at Emery he said 'Axe come our house?'...
He misses his brother. We told this to Alex, and I know he feels the same way. 12 years between our boys, and they are the best friends ever. Who would have thought!
We love you Alex, and we love you Max.
Adam's Baptism: past event 2010.08.16
Our brother in law Adam has been taking the discussions for a while now, and was baptized on the 16th of August. As having served a mission, I was SO PROUD of Adam to take the time to actually KNOW of the truth, and ponder it in his heart instead of just doing it because it was the right thing to do.
We love you Adam, and are grateful for your example!
Max's GUYS...
Max absolutely adores playing with friends. It may be his cousins, my best friends kids, or just another little boy or girl in the store that he makes friends with. He just cries for his 'Guys' after we have to leave them. My friend and I decided that while we grocery shop we are going to watch each other's kids, and last night I told him that Lex and Bailey would be here in the morning and to hurry and go to sleep so he could see them in the 'mornin' time'. He squealed as cute as could be!
'GUYS'and then promptly fell asleep. Now he and his 'Guys' (who are actually gals) are having a picnic and watching Olivia.

I love my two year old!
Starting over...
Life is so busy. SO busy. Blogging has become a once and a while thing, when in reality it is my journal. I need to keep it up. SO, I am going to start updating again. The important things, and the not-so-important day to day things. I don't want to miss any of the details because life is going WAY too fast.
{Our family after playing in the rain!}
To start off my new blogging kick, here is a preview of the most scrumptious baby you will ever see, my goodness she makes us laugh!
I will fill in the old news here and there when I get a chance!

White Mountains for Easter (Part Two)
What a wonderful Easter/Conference we had! The cable was not picking up conference so we listened to it on the radio - what a neat way to 'hear' what we need to hear. So much more attention was required, and it made a difference! We had a beautiful Easter dinner, and had a few family pictures. I am so grateful for my family! Max really enjoyed hunting for Easter eggs!

White Mountains for Easter (Part One)
Thanks to mom and dad West we have a 'haven' to run away to when it starts to get hot! What a beautiful place the mountains are - and the memories they hold are even more beautiful! We started our week out with Max's favorite things: Wawa and wocks (water and rocks).
Grammy and Max throwing rocks.
Max 'yunning'.
Handsome boy.

Our Annual Flagsaff Trip...
We could just e-mail or mail him our information, but the trip is worth it all around!
(plus, I think Aunt Rhonda would kill me if we didn't bring the babies up!)
Tanner, thank you for being so good to Max!
He loves you - and thought your guided tour was a blast!

Big Boy Bed!
Mom and Dad West gave us Uncle Sterl's old bed for Max, so we could move Marin
into the crib! Thanks Grammy and Grandpa, and thanks Uncle Sterling!!!
Max slept in his new big boy bed last night, and did great!
And he is now napping in it!
Way to go Max!
EQ BBQ
Emery's EQ hit 70% Home teaching for a BBQ, and so a BBQ we had! It was so much fun. Since we only have two other houses on our street, we talked to our neighbors and blocked the street off with caution tape! Probably not legal, but I think we had two police officers in attendence, so we were okay. We had lots of good food, awesome company, and the kids had a blast! Thanks to everyone who came!Amber with Marin, and Allison with Marley - BFF'S forever! 3 day Apart!
